Are you feeling stressed by the amount of revision or exams you have? Do you tend to panic before going into an exam?

In this workshop we will look at developing mindfulness and breathing techniques to help you enter your body and mind into a state of calm, helping you to relax and focus..


Our workshops run all year round at our Helpdesk in the Silberrad Student Centre, and cover all aspects of academic skills, maths and statistics.
