Speaker profiles

Michael Hobbs

Michael Hobbs, Founder of Flow Fintech and formerly Managing Director of Accenture Digital is a promoter of Inclusive Digital Finance. He will argue banks have been failing to innovate and develop products that are addressed to everybody and assess how design thinking and digital innovation powered by AI, the Internet of Things and cloud services have the potential to disrupt the banking sector.

Andrew Starkey

Andrew Starkey, Senior Researcher at BT discusses the link between innovation, artificial intelligence and sustainability and will argue digital innovation will help make our world more sustainable – for the benefits of all.

Elisabeth Kelan

Professor Elisabeth Kelan, Professor of Leadership and Organisation at Essex Business School discusses what type of leadership and what type of leaders we need for organisations to thrive in an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world.
