The Philosophy and Art History Seminar Series meets weekly in term on Thursday afternoons to discuss a paper by a visiting philosopher, art historian, or a member of our academic staff.

 This week's speaker is Professor Howard Caygill, Kingston University. 

Howard Caygill is a Professor of Modern European Philosophy at Kingston University (London). He studied at the Universities of Bristol, Sussex and Oxford. He has taught at the University of East Anglia and Goldsmiths College, University of London. He has published work on Kant, 20th century philosophy, aesthetics and political philosophy.
