How to manage your studies without overstressing

Get hints and tips on how to manage your studies without overstressing.

This is a very practical workshop, delivered by someone who knows just how difficult it is to fit everything in and meet deadlines.  Come along and learn how to do it – and relax and enjoy!

 

Our workshops run all year round at our Helpdesk in the Silberrad Student Centre, and cover all aspects of academic skills, maths and statistics.  You can also book a 1:1 appointment with an advisor to talk over anything in your studies that you need help with.
