PGR Welcome Induction Day

An essential introduction to your PGR studies at the University of Essex

Your PGR Welcome Induction Day is a vital part of your first week. Its your chance to get to know more about your research degree, your department and the University of Essex.

Please arrive for 9am prompt at Ivor Crewe Lecture Hall on Friday 6 October.

The morning will be spent in conference with fellow research students from across the University, before you spend time after lunch in your own department or school.

During the day, you'll have chance to meet and network with the Dean of Postgraduate Research and Education, academic staff and other PGR students.  You can also find out more about the academic, personal and developmental support available to you during your studies.

For more details, view the Welcome to Postgraduate Research Students information online.
