Supporting innovation

You can access greater support and services from the Business and Local Government Data Research Centre through a Data Analytics Innovation Voucher (DAIV).

DAIVs unlock funding for organisations to engage with cutting-edge data expertise. This grant funded scheme enables our renowned data researchers to work for you on a project of your choice. Their expertise unlocks the hidden value in your data.

By contacting us with a few details, you can express your interest in the scheme, and our team will be in touch to assess your requirements ahead of providing a simple application form. Alternatively, if you would like to learn more about us first, or to discuss the potential of a project, please contact us directly.

Consultation

Unsure which service suits your needs? Simply get in touch and book a consultation. These can take place via phone or in person. A consultation is an opportunity to discuss the potential of a collaboration. An expert will work with you to see how you can get the most out of our offering.

Data Science and AI Projects: The Masters DAIV

In the latest funding round, we are pleased to offer a new scheme that combinesthe best of the Data Analytics Innovation Voucher scheme with the University of Essex Masters student placement programme.

Following the success of the 2021 projects, we are pleased to launch this innovative scheme in 2022. Now you can now access the next generation of data scientists and artificial intelligence experts and emerging research talent under our fully funded Data Science and AI Masters Projects.
