Propose a new exchange partnership

If you would like to establish a new partnership to facilitate mobility for students, please complete our online partnership proposal form.

Please carefully fill out the form and submit it for review. If you have any questions about the form, please email eaagreements@essex.ac.uk

Process for new exchange partnerships

  1. Submit proposal form online - This must be endorsed by Head of Department and DSAO
  2. Application reviewed by panel - Risk assessment and due diligence checks are carried out. Queries may be referred to the academic department.
  3. If approved, Essex Abroad liaise with institution abroad to initiate agreement process - All agreements must be signed by the Registrar, The University's official Signatory.
  4. Agreement is fully signed and active - Exchanges can only commence once a fully signed agreement is in place.
