Profile

Biography

Reza holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and was honoured as a research visitor at the Degroote Business School, University of McMaster, Canada, in 2006. Presently, he serves as a lecturer in International Business and Strategy at Essex Business School. His diverse research interests encompass new product development, business growth, business resilience, and internationalization in developing countries. At EBS, he imparts knowledge of business strategy and business model innovation. Notably, he was recognized with the 'Excellence in Education' award during the 2022/2023 academic year, a distinction conferred through 'Student Recognition,' where students commended his inspirational approach to teaching and learning support.
