Biography
Zeping Sui received the B. Eng. degree in electronic information engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi' an, China, in 2017, and the Ph.D. degree in signal and information processing from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2023. From Mar 2022 to Feb 2023, He was a research assistant with the Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore. From Aug 2023 to Aug 2024, he was a research fellow with the Centre for Wireless Innovation (CWI), Queen's University Belfast, Belfast, U.K. He is currently a Senior Research Officer with the School of Computer Science and Electronic Engineering (CSEE), University of Essex, Colchester, U.K. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Wireless Communications Letters, and a Senior Reviewer for IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society. He was a recipient of the Exemplary Reviewer Award of IEEE Wireless Communications Letters in 2025. He served as an Organizer/the Chair of workshops and special sessions at IEEE WCNC 2026, IEEE/CIC ICCC 2025, IEEE Ucom 2025, and IEEE SPAWC 2025. His research interests span signal processing for wireless communications, waveform design, statistical signal processing, and beyond massive MIMO. He has been a member of the Technical Program Committees for numerous IEEE conferences, including ICC, GLOBECOM, WCNC, and VTC.
