I am the Deputy School Manager in the School of Health and Social Care. I support a broad range of operational and professional services activity, with particular expertise in postgraduate research administration, apprenticeship programmes, governance, and service improvement. I am is passionate about developing efficient, user-focused processes and exploring how digital technologies and AI can enhance the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of professional services.
