Biography

I am an applied geoscientist specialising in the ecohydrology of freshwater systems. My published works focus on Southeastern US waterbodies and hydrological disasters. With professional experience as a researcher-regulator at public agencies responsible for managing water quantity in Florida and Oregon, I have a particular interest in addressing hydrological questions posed by regulatory practice and exploring how regulators use and contribute to science.
