Essex Rebels make history by topping Dynamik Super League

The elite Essex Rebels men’s volleyball team are history makers after taking first place in the national Dynamik Super League for the first time.

Essex Rebels will now compete in the ‘Final 4 Weekend’ at Crystal Palace on 5-6 April, where the top four teams compete to be named the overall Men’s Super League Champions.

Their win against Essex Blaze secured the regular season title with one game still to go.

Afterwards coach Alex Porter said: “This team has made history! Winning the Super League regular season title is a testament to their resilience, overcoming adversity to succeed across an entire season.

"Success like this doesn’t happen overnight; these athletes have dedicated countless hours in the gym, weight room, and film room to honing their craft. I couldn’t be prouder of their commitment and achievement.”
