Autism and the world of work

Join this vibrant multimedia exhibition, as we celebrate the diverse and valuable skills autistic individuals bring to the workplace. Learn how to help and support those with Autism Spectrum Disorder thrive in the workplace.

This exciting exhibition features photos, narratives, maps, talking heads and videos designed to explore the challenges faced by autistic individuals in the workplace. Through this exhibition, we hope to offer better support and understanding for individuals with autism within the working environment. Children are also welcome and will be able to take part in building and decorating their own mini stall.

Join Dr Caleb Kwong from Essex Business School as he hosts this engaging exhibition, taking place at the following locations, dates and times:

12pm - 6pm on Friday 8 November at the Gateway Building 2.18 and 2.13 at the University of Essex, Southend-on-Sea campus.

12pm - 6pm on Saturday 9 November at the Forum, University of Essex, Southend-on-Sea campus.

This event is part of the nationwide Festival Of Social Science, it is open to the public and completely free of charge.
