The annual salary review process for women

To mark International Women’s Day the Essex Women’s Network is holding an event to raise the profile of the annual salary review process, and to provide tips on how to make an application. 

The event is open to women working in professional services roles across the University and will take place at our Colchester Campus in the Lakeview Meeting Room from 12noon to 1pm on Wednesday 8 March. We have the room booked until 2pm, and we’d love for people to stay behind after the event for in person networking.  

If you would like to attend, just email me to confirm your attendance by the close of play on Monday 6 March so we can order enough tea, coffee and biscuits. It would also be really helpful if you could share any questions that you have for the panel, again by the close of play on 6 March, so we can make sure the session delivers the most value for colleagues. 

We’d love you to attend in person if you can, but we know that some of you may need to join remotely via Zoom. If you require a Zoom link, and you haven’t already, please let me know. If you’re based in Southend, we have booked room TF.2.27, which is Zoom enabled. If you are based in Loughton and would like to join remotely from a Zoom enabled room, please let me know and I will explore all available opportunities.
