Biography

Esther is a lecturer in mental health nursing at the Colchester campus. Esther has a clinical background in mental health nursing. Over the last 13 years she has experience of working within inpatient areas, including working age adults, older adults and learning disability services, community mental health services, and more recently was part of the pilot for implementing mental health nurses in primary care. Esther worked at the University of Suffolk from 2021-2023 as an associate lecturer and lecturer. She joined the University of Essex in 2023 and has interests in enterprise education and simulation of clinical practice.
