Gender Responsiveness in Implementing Legal Frameworks and Policies for the Realisation of Womens Rights in Nigeria

My research considers the global, regional and domestic progressiveness towards greater protection and promotion of women’s rights. It analyses the Nigerian state obligations to realise women’s rights and underscores the role of a gender responsive approach for transformative equality.
