Biography
As Senior Web Officer (User Experience and Technical), I coordinate the continuous development of the University of Essex website and related systems, ensuring the experience is accessible, effective and user-centred. My role involves gathering and analysing requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading the design, testing and delivery of technical solutions. I work closely with teams across the University and external development partners to enhance functionality, streamline processes and resolve issues. I focus on improving the usability and utility of our digital platforms by translating complex needs into practical outcomes that support both business goals and user expectations.
