Biography
As Senior Web Officer (User Experience and Technical), I coordinate the continuous development of the University website, Sitecore CMS, and other related systems. My role involves gathering and analysing requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and leading the design, testing and delivery of technical solutions. I work closely with teams across the University and external development partners to enhance functionality, streamline processes and resolve issues. I focus on improving the usability and accessibility of our digital platforms, and ensure the continuous evolution of our digital presence meets both institutional and user needs.
