Biography

I am a 3rd-year PhD candidate in Public Health in the School of Health and Social Care at the University of Essex. My research explores AI-driven text analysis of patient feedback as a tool for equity-focused quality improvement within Saudi healthcare systems, examining how natural language processing methods can surface patient experience data to inform more inclusive and responsive health services. I hold a Master's degree in Health Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, and have a research interest in the intersection of artificial intelligence, patient experience, and health equity.
