The Essex Finance Centre (EFiC) at Essex Business School is organising a Corporate Governance and Misconduct Workshop.

The workshop will take place on Wednesday 24 June 2026 at Essex Business School, University of Essex. We acknowledge financial support from the British Academy/Leverhulme Small Research Grant.

The objective of the workshop is to convene scholars in the field of corporate governance, providing a forum to present their research and foster future collaboration. We invite submissions in the broad area of corporate governance, with a particular focus on issues related to corporate misconduct.
