Sustainability embedded curriculum

The University are embedding education for sustainable development (ESD) in our courses so that students gain ESD knowledge. Thus, we offer a wide range of taught modules with subject-relevant content to support sustainable development. Through these courses students will understand how to address social, environmental, and / or economic concerns and develop key competencies for sustainability. The University undertakes an annual curriculum audit to review and report on the progress of integration of ESD into the curriculum.

For further information head to the Education for Sustainability Moodle page. Its purpose is to provide colleagues and students with links to policy, organisations, and resources that may be of use for research or when embedding sustainability into the curriculum.
