Professional Doctorate rules of assessment
The rules of assessment set out the progression and award requirements of the taught elements of the programme. These should be read in conjunction with the following:
- Professional Doctorate Course Credit Framework (.pdf) (for students starting from October 2020 onwards)
- Programme Specification - this identifies which modules are core for the Programme.
- Programme Milestones - these include the progression requirements for the research components
- Online Module Directory entries (or equivalent for Partner Institutions) - these give details of assessment arrangements and formats
- Principal Regulations for Research Degrees and Codes of practice relating to higher degrees - these outline the requirements for postgraduate research degrees
