Building works at Colchester Campus

08 Apr - 10 May 2024	Rab Butler Building	Entrance to building via Square2 will be closed due to works on bridge. Alternative access via Under Podia.
23 Apr - 09 July 2024	1960s Building Phase 2 re-roofing works	Noisy work will be carried out of hours as much as possible to avoid impact on those working in affected locations. Between 23-29 April the scaffolding will be erected but the physical re-roofing itself is not noisy work. All work is due to be finished by 09 July 2024.
29 - 30 Apr 2024	Stem	Essential maintenance to roof. There will be no heating in building on 30 April 2004.
17 June - 13 Sept 2024	Faculty of Science and Health, Estates Corridor inc Finance 6.019	Refurbishment of level 6 to create a new phantom head dental suite. Noisy works from ad-hoc drilling, hammering and banging. Mitigation noisy works to be carried out before 9:00am and at weekends. Power isolation for this project will only effect 6.300 and surrounding rooms.
