The Inclusivity Lead (IL) is your Department/School Champion for inclusive teaching practices and inclusion for all.

They can help to promote inclusive teaching practices across your Department/School, and raise awareness of any achievements or challenges with regards to wider inclusivity.

  • is a champion for inclusive practice and has a broad view of inclusivity within the Department/School
  • is a point of focus for information, good practice and promotion of inclusive practices across the Department/School
  • can help you to understand how you can go about developing and implementing initiatives for your Department/School
  • can give you information about what relevant activities and initiatives are taking place across the rest of the University
