Our research supervisors of the Year

We aim to create an inspirational, supportive and stimulating research environment for our doctoral students.

Each year we recognise supervisors who take a pioneering approach, facilitate the presentation and dissemination of research, offer constructive employment and career advice, or provide effective and timely support, helping students successfully achieve their goals.

Our Supervisor of the Year Awards recognise excellence across all three faculties – Arts and Humanities, Science and Health, and Social Sciences – as well as awarding an overall winner.

Nominations are made by our postgraduate researchers and reviewed by our Dean of Postgraduate Research and Education as well as senior research and education leaders across all faculties.
