Biography
In addition to EDI, Karen has a background in governance, project management and cultural psychology. She has previously worked on the Governance team at the University of Essex, as a local School Governor, at the Greater London Authority and at the Ali Forney Center for LGBT+ Homeless Youth in New York City.
