Wivenhoe House Hotel
Our Colchester and Southend Campuses offer a full-service conference package of top quality meeting spaces, accommodation and competitive rates. 

From meetings for a few people to major events for up to 1,000, our range of meeting rooms and event spaces caters for every need.

We offer impressive conference, meeting and event facilities at Colchester and Southend Campuses through Event Essex.

There are venues to cater for all capacities, tastes and types. Modern, traditional and innovative meeting and training venues offer state-of-the-art audio-visual technologies, including interactive projectors, widescreen monitors and digital document cameras.

Wivenhoe House Hotel

The four-star Wivenhoe House Hotel is set in glorious parkland at our Colchester Campus.

A selection of function rooms are available, from the Boardroom which can seat 12 to the Garden Suite, comprising three rooms with removable partitioned walls and accommodating a maximum of 160 seated guests or 250 for a standing reception.

Event Essex

Our Colchester Campus has rooms with capacities ranging from 2 to 1,000 people. Our Event Essex team will help organise every aspect of your event. We've hosted events from corporate meetings to trade exhibitions.

Business Incubation Centre

Our Business Incubation Centre, part of our Business Hub at our Southend Campus, has two meeting rooms that are available for hire, with maximum capacities of 24 and 15 people. Catering and office service packages are available.
