The IT Helpdesk is your first point of contact for all problems and queries relating to our services. We provide first line support and operate a local IT Helpdesk at each of our three campuses.

Contact us online via our customer portal - it's the quickest and easiest way to get in touch with our support teams and is available 24/7. Sign in with your University username and password.
