Where to find us

The Student Services Hub is on the ground floor of Hatfields House, on East 15 Acting School's main Hatfields site.

There are two different enquiry desks in the Hub, all staffed by our knowledgeable team of advisers. We also have confidential meeting rooms for appointments with our specialist teams.

Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity Service

We offer a drop-in service during breaks Monday to Friday, at 10.50am-11.10am, 1.10pm-2.10pm, 3.50pm-4.10pm and 6pm-7pm. No appointment needed, just call in with your registration card. If we're not able to help[ you at the time, we can offer you a 30-minute appointment with an adviser where you can talk in confidence.
