Employee Voice is the University’s commitment to encouraging and considering the views of our many communities. It is composed of a regular short all-staff survey and other pulse surveys at appropriate points in our working life. So far, a new survey for leavers has been launched, with an induction survey in development.
On Friday 8 November 2019, the University launches a new Employee Voice survey for all staff. The survey will be open until Friday 29 November 2019. It is a short survey and will not take long to complete but it will really help us to understand the day-to-day experience of everyone who works here.
The survey is focused on the factors set out in the University Strategy and which will help us create an enabling environment, where everyone feels valued and has a chance to develop and grow. We have taken into account the HSE Management Standards in composing the questions so that we get a full picture of possible stressors in the workplace.
This survey is anonymous but we do need some details to help us understand how different groups or work areas feel - so that we can take further action. Be assured we will report results in a way that will not allow individuals to be identified.
