CDP are a print management agency appointed to supply the University's printed materials.

How to order print

1. Submit a print request

2. Print quotation

  • The CDP client service team will review your order and be in touch with a print quotation and print production timings.

3. Raise a PO

  • If you wish to go ahead with the print quote and order your items you'll need to raise a PO.
  • To ensure that all orders are processed in line with the University Financial Regulations, please be advised that from 1 August 2026 all work commissioned to CDP must be accompanied by a purchase order.
  • CDP will not be able to process any works without an accompanying PO.

Please ensure that you have enough time to request quotes, raise POs and place orders as we appreciate some colleagues work to tight deadlines when ordering printed materials.

Materials briefed will need to conform to the University's brand guidelines and to copyright and IPR guidelines.
