Welcome to our vegetarian café – Stem and Root. Located in the STEM building on Square 1, we’ve got plenty of seating inside or on our terrace.
With a seasonal and freshly prepared range of breakfast and lunch items, and sweet and savoury treats you’ll always be spoilt for choice.
And, if you’re in need of coffee we’ve got you covered. We serve ethically sourced Union hand-roasted coffee. We work directly with their east London roastery to bring our house blend.

To make sure everyone has access to affordable hot food options, some of our outlets provide a hot meal each day for only £2. Menus are subject to availability and may be subject to change due to demand or supply.
