We know keeping active and taking part in sport keeps both the body and the mind healthy, so we want to ensure you still have the opportunity to get involved.
That's why we've put together a variety of online and socially distanced activities to welcome you to sport on campus.
Monday 21 - Friday 25 September
Monday 28 September - Friday 2 October
If you're travelling from outside of the UK and will be quarantining in our Colchester campus accommodation, you can still get involved with our Online Welcome Activities.
Take part in a virtual fitness class from your room, or join an 'Ask Us About - Active Campus' webinars to find out more about our Active Campus programme.
Download our timetable of activities (.pdf) for more information.
Virtual fitness classes will take place live on our Facebook page.
Meet the Sports Development team who will introduce you to our Active Campus programme, covering drop-in sessions, learn-to courses, campus leagues & tournaments, as well as one off events and opportunities to get involved as a volunteer.
Each webinar will cover the same information, so you only need to attend one event.
