Profile
Biography
Dr. William Senyu Wang joined Essex Business School in September 2017 as a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Finance. Prior to joining the EBS, he was a PhD student major in Finance at the University of Glasgow. He also holds a MSc in Statistics from Columbia University in the US, and a BSc in Applied Mathematics from Hunan University in China. His research interests broadly lie in the area of Capital Structure, Corporate Governance, and Risk Management in Banking. In addition to his academic experiences, he also had industry internship experience in alternative investment firms while he was a master student at Columbia in New York.
