Biography
I obtained a BSc Psychology degree at the Open University, before joining the University of Essex in 2018 to complete an MSc degree in Research Methods in Psychology (MRes). I began a PhD in Psychology at the University of Essex in 2019. My current research focuses on sexist culture and rape culture, specifically, the effects of challenging sexism to mitigate negative outcomes for women on their self-esteem and their attitudes on gender-specific system justification, sexual consent and rape myths.
