As Head of Operations and Business Services, I am responsible for the successful leadership and delivery of all professional services activities, and help to shape our future direction, drive forward change, and contribute to the delivery of excellence and success in EBS. I undertake a wide range of strategic planning, financial, and human resources management activities, and collaborate with external stakeholders and business partners to support the School's strategic priorities. I am also Vice-Chair of the Chartered Association of Business Schools' Professional Managers' Committee.
