Biography

Daniel is a PhD Psychology student at University of Essex, with research focused on the ageing workforce. His research interests include judgement and decision making in the hiring of older workers and older worker attitudes towards work and retirement. Daniel's work is aimed at increasing the participation, wellbeing and fulfilment of older workers. Prior to studying psychology, Daniel spent more than 10 years working as a project management consultant and has a successful track record delivering business change projects in large organisations. He completed his MSc Psychology at the University of Essex in 2018, graduating with distinction and completed his Masters by Dissertation (MSD) at University of Essex in 2019. Daniel has experience teaching undergraduate psychology modules as a Graduate Laboratory Assistant and providing research support as a Research Assistant in the Psychology Department.
