 Angela Francis



Angela joined the School of Law at Essex in September 2019. Angela initially trained as a solicitor at a city firm, she then transferred to the Bar. Angela practised in the area of Employment law, specialising in Unfair Dismissal and Discrimination claims. Angela has extensive experience of teaching on Professional Law courses, and she has previously taught at the University of the West of England and BPP University, in London. Whilst teaching Angela has also held a door tenancy, practising in Criminal and Employment Law. Angela is part of the Middle Temple ‘Pupillage Advocacy Training Team’ .
