Elena is a child and adolescent psychoanalytic psychotherapist who trained at the Tavistock Centre, London. She is currently teaching on the MA programme and working in private practice.

Research and professional activities

Research interests

She has a special interest in working with adolescents and in the application of psychoanalytic psychotherapy technique.

She wrote a professional doctorate on the use of transference interpretations in short-term psychotherapy with adolescents suffering from depression.
