Dr Shoaib Ahmed is a Lecturer in Accounting at Essex Business School, the University of Essex. His primary research interests are management accounting and its association with corruption, exclusion, inequality, marginalisation, modern slavery, oppression and violence in the global supply chains and other social organisations. He applies qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus group discussions and observation) in his resaerch. Potential students who wish to pursue PhD on the above-mentioned topics are welcome to contact him.
