Come and enjoy some green exercise with us and take a slow jog around Wivenhoe Park.

To encourage the use of our wonderful outdoor spaces the Green Space Tours team will be holding a jogging tour of Wivenhoe Park. Green exercise is not only good for your physical health but for your mental health too! So come and enjoy our beautiful grounds. Meet old friends and make new ones. And, with a little history and nature knowledge thrown in, see our university in a new light.

How to book

To book, email greenspacetours@essex.ac.uk and specify that you're interested in the jogging tour.

Appropriate footwear and clothing are recommended.
