Thinking about studying linguistics at postgraduate level? Want to learn more about the different fields within this fascinating subject area? Join this free course, meet the experts and find out if linguistics is for you.

Exploring Linguistics

This free online course comprises daily sessions, specifically designed to introduce you to some of the most dynamic and cutting-edge topics within the field of linguistics today.

Each two hour session will be delivered by our expert academics, giving you the chance to meet the tutors, ask questions and discover what studying linguistics at postgraduate level is really like.

You can pick and choose which sessions to attend, you will be eligible to receive a certificate of attendance if you attend four or more sessions.

Unfortunately registration for this course are now closed. The next webinar series from the Department of Languages and Linguistics will be our Translation, Interpreting and Subtitling series 17-21 May 2021.
