We invite those with an interest in developing community stroke rehabilitation to join us for a half day conference on 16th April 2019. 

A warm welcome to brunch, along with informative and exciting presentations followed by a workshop focused on reshaping future services for stroke survivors.

This event is organised by Tendring Specialist Stroke Service in association with the School of Health and Social Care, University of Essex.
