Searching for Resources: Tips and Strategies

Make your searches relevant and manageable.

Do you find it challenging to find enough information for your assignments? Perhaps you find it difficult to find relevant information amongst the huge number of results that a search returns.

This session will equip you with the tips and techniques you need to make your searches relevant and manageable.

Our workshops run all year round at our Helpdesk in the Silberrad Student Centre, and cover all aspects of academic skills, maths and statistics.  You can also book a 1:1 appointment with an advisor to talk over anything in your studies that you need help with.

Have a browse through the sessions that are available this term, or pop along to the Helpdesk to find out more.
