Practice educator CPD

In line with the CSP Practice Based-Learning Principles  (2022) team approach, and Health and Care Professions Standards for Education (2017) "5.6: Ensuring practice educators have relevant knowledge, skills and experience to support safe and effective learning", we offer a blended approach of face-to-face workshops, synchronous and asynchronous online resources to support practice educator CPD.

In 2023-2024 we are facilitating the following, free to access, opportunities for our practice partners:

• Asynchronous, virtual practice educator induction: 'Nuts and Bolts' via Physiotherapy Placement Resources on OpenEssex.
• Synchronous, virtual, Nuts and Bolts associated discussion forum.
• In-person workshops & organisation visits/drop ins.
