How do I start saving money and earning rewards?
Start by downloading Essex Food's Upay app in a few simple steps.
New members:
- Visit the Apple Store or Google Play and search for 'Upay' to download the free app. Alternatively, you can go to Upay to register
- Follow the steps to register your account
- Complete registration using the affiliate ID: ESSEXFOOD
Existing members:
If you’re an existing member there’s nothing for you to do other than to continue benefitting from your existing Essex Food Upay app. Please make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the app by checking updates in your phone settings. Turn on notifications for updates to the app and offers.
Please note, since 31 December 2022 previously collected loyalty points are no longer valid. It is no longer possible to collect points or redeem existing points. Any points will be deleted from the app.
Phone registered outside of the UK?
You may find that you can't download the Essex Food Upay app due to your smart phone being registered outside of the UK, but not to worry. You can register your Essex Food Upay app account through your smart phone's browser and pay and collect your points in the same way.. Just sign up now!

Meal and drink deal terms and conditions
- Meal and drink deals cannot be transferred between Essex Food outlets or Essex Food offers.
- Meal and drink deals cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other Essex Food offer.
- To redeem, you must collect your reward from the same deal. For example, five hot drinks does not equal a free dessert meal deal; you would only be entitled to your sixth hot drink free. Equally, purchasing five Street Food Hut meal deals does not equal a free FUNc. meal deal; you would only be entitled to a sixth Street Food Huts meal deal.
