The Commercial Properties team supports all areas of University commercial property including the Knowledge Gateway, our research and technology park on our Colchester Campus.

Marketing our commercial property

We work with our agents Whybrow and Carter Jonas to market our commercial property – including Parkside at the Knowledge Gateway.

Developing space

We are helping extend our portfolio of office space with the construction of the next phase of the Knowledge Gateway - Clingoe House at Parkside.

Linking in with other teams

We are building a strong business community at the Knowledge Gateway.

We work closely with the Research and Enterprise Office to identify opportunities for our tenants to work with our researchers or benefit from our other business support services.

We also work with our Careers team to help Knowledge Gateway companies and organisations to link in with our pool of talented students and graduates.
