Welcome to the University of Essex Pay-by-Wire system.
The University of Essex Pay-by-Wire systems offers overseas students and their
sponsors the opportunity to make payments from anywhere in the world, in their
local currency at their local bank.
The advantages of using this system are:

It is cheaper than paying by credit card

It provides a guaranteed exchange rate. A payment transfer "deal" is generated,
valid for 72 hours, which is printed out and taken to your own local bank. As
the payment is in your local currency, there are no additional
bank transfer charges.
Information submitted via this form is treated as confidential. Data will
be passed on by the University of Essex to Travelex (via Pay24-7) for
the purpose of generating a deal document and reporting, and will be deleted
when it is no longer needed for this purpose. No personal details will be
passed on to third parties.
