Reparations unit

Research area chair: Clara Sandoval, Law and Human Rights Centre

The Reparations Unit of the ETJN has released six briefing papers on reparations to support the work of the International Criminal Court. The papers are the result of on-going collaboration and support given by the ETJN to the Court. The Court provided the ETJN with research questions in areas where assistance was needed. Thanks to funding given by the REO (Mini KTI), the ETJN has been able to print and disseminate these papers.
