Sheldon Leader is a graduate of Yale and Oxford Universities. He teaches and carries out research in jurisprudence; labour and company law; and the links between human rights, international trade, and investment. He also lectures at various universities in Europe and the USA, and is Chairman of the Pallas Consortium of Universities for European Business Law. His research and practical legal work focuses primarily on the links between human rights and labour and corporate law as well as on links with the law of international investment and trade. He is also interested in the contribution philosophy can make to understanding the links between these domains.
